A report into the abuse and murder of English girls

The culpability of the state in the gang related sexual eploitation, abuse and murder of young english females.

 

This report deals with the sexual abuse of children as young as 11 years of age, the ethnic breakdown of victims has been identified as 1272 white, 28 black, 55 asian, 687 unknown or mixed.
